_FICAPE_RFKK_ENH_PSD - Additional fields for Point of Service Delivery

In this activity, include further fields to determine the location of fulfillment of a service. The fields are provided in the general ledger of the posting document and in the items of the provider contract. During the creation of an invoice, the fields can be derived from the provider contract items and then used for determining the tax determination code in posting area 2102. In the standard system, this is currently only supported for Argentina.
