_FICAPV_FQ0500 - Define Specifications for Derivation of Standard Account Assignment

You specify the derivations for the following account assignments of the contract item:

• Company code

• Profit center

• Segment

• Standard division

• Business area

Here, you define how the organizational data is to be converted into internal account assignment attributes. The system makes this derivation based on the current posting area. The posting area supports views. For more information about posting areas and posting area views, choose the information buttons.

The derivation takes place based on the following parameters:

• Sales organization

• Distribution channel

• Division

• Sales area attribute 1

• Sales area attribute 2

Note
When creating and changing a provider contract, the system has to find at least one company code for a contract item, otherwise an error occurs.
