Define a default check reason for each flexible workflow scenario.

The check reason for the document posting can be set by using BAdI implementation FKK_EVENT_5500 in enhancement spot FKK_BADI_DOCUMENT (Posting).

Corresponding implementation of the BAdI lets you decide whether the system is to trigger the flexible workflow. You can make this decision, for example, based on an analysis of the document items.

Alternatively, you can also perform a complete analysis that decides whether the system starts the flexible workflow by configuring the starting conditions for the workflow in the Manage Workflows for FI-CA Documents app without defining the BAdI.

In this case, the default check reason defined here is used, and is then entered in the document if a flexible workflow really is started.
