You can use workflows for checks with subsequent release according to the cross-checking principle.

You can subject the posting of documents to a check with subsequent release in a workflow in accordance with the cross-checking principle. You can set the check reason by using BAdI FKK_EVENT_5500 (Posting) in enhancement spot FKK_BADI_DOCUMENT or define a default check reason for workflow (see configuration activity Define Default Check Reason for Workflow).

If you check the posting in a workflow, the system automatically saves a check reason in the document affected by the check.

Define the permitted check reasons.

You check the posting of a credit memo with an amount of 1000-.
