In this Customizing activity you can make settings for the system response to the cancellation of the Business Object InsuranceCollectionDisbursementAgreement (ICDA).

In an ICDA Cancellation, the system sets deletion indicators for all insurance object-business partner relationships. Here you can define which additional parameters the system should save or change when cancelling an ICDA:

• Dunning Variant

• Dunning Lock Reason

• Incoming Payment Lock Reason

• Outgoing Payment Lock Reason

• Key to Posting Lock

In the Collections/Disbursements system the Enterprise Services Business Object InsuranceCollectionDisbursementAgreement (ICDA) corresponds to the insurance object.

For each defined cancellation reason you can set a different cancellation response for the ICDA.

To do so, you have defined various cancellation reasons in the Customizing activity Define Cancellation reason.

Set the cancellation parameters for the insurance object according to your requirements.

You can also make the settings for insurance objects that are to be canceled dependent on a combination of the: feeder system for the contract, type of the contract in the feeder system, subtype of the ontract in the feeder system, insurance object category, and cancellation reason. To do so, choose Goto-> Key Selection and creating the corresponding combinations.
