_ISPSCA_V_TFK071_PS_ - Specify Inbound Correspondence for Shortened Periods

In this activity, you specify how the system handles Inbound Correspondence (correspondence type P700) in the case of reduced periods. Reduced periods occur in years that have 53 weeks and only effect period values that relate to calendar weeks. Period values affected are 14 day (2-weekly) and 4-weekly.

SAP provides 4 rulings that you can use for shortened periods.

In the standard system, the following ruling is configured for 14-day and 4-weekly:

Calculation period with normal length:
The system interprets the shortened period as a complete calculation period and the calculation period overlaps the first period of the next year.

If necessary, you can specify a different ruling for inbound correspondence.
