In this work step you can assign FM area general a form (SAPscript format) to a Report.
In the standard system every report is assigned to a form.

Check first if you can use the forms which are contained in the standard system.
If no changes are required you do not need to maintain the form assignment because the program then uses the form supplied by SAP for the report. - If you want changes to a supplied form, copy this form, change it and subsequently save it.
- Assign the changed form to the desired report.
The name under which you store a changed form must begin with a letter.
