Pre-Edit C verifies that accounts are in the proper status (expired/unexpired). It determines the status by comparing the expiration date in the fund master record with the reporting year for the FACTS II submission.

We do not supply any standard settings.

• The table should contain valid combinations of SGL account and fund status.

• If the SGL account from the the data extract file is in the Pre-Edit C table, the fund status must match the status specified in the table.
