_ISPSFM_OFD5 - Delete Funds and Application of Funds in FM Area

In this step you use a program to delete the master data objects funds center, fund, and financial objective in Funds Management and all related information.

You should only use this program if you are still in the test phase and you want to delete your test data before production startup.

• You have carried out a data backup for security reasons.

• You have deactivated your FM area by deactivating all company codes to which you have assigned this FM area. On this subject, go to the Funds Management IMG and read "Activate/deactivate Funds Management".

• You have not yet budgeted and you have not carried out any postings. You have already deleted existing transaction data. On this subject, go to the Funds Management IMG and read:

• "Delete FM line items"

• "Delete budget data"

Delete the funds centers and the fund for the desired FM area.

If you want to delete all Funds Management master data, you must also start the following programs:

• Delete Commitment Items in FM Area and Fiscal Year

• Delete Funds Centers in FM Area
