_ISPSFM_V_TBPAS_FTYP - Define Budget Subtype for Availability Control for Each Fund Type

In this step, you can define, for each fund type, that the tolerance limits for active availabiility control defined in Customizing only apply to particular budget subtypes.
By defining a budget subtype for availability control for a combination of FM area, from fiscal year and fund type, you limit the available budget to this budget subtype. The remaining budget is then not available for postings.
Note that these setting do not have an effect if you are working with releases because you cannot create any subtypes for releases. Released budget is always available within the defined tolerances for postings.
You must have made the following settings for the budget subtypes:
If you do not make any settings in this step, all budget subtypes for postings that you defined are available, and are relevant for the availability control checks.
Define a budget subtype for the availability control for each fund.
Note:
- Entries without budget subtypes have the effect that the budget that was posted without budget subtypes is included in the availability control checks during posting.
- You can also define the budget subtype for availability control for each fund in the step Define Budget Subtype for Availability Control for Each Fund.
If you want to make entries for the funds types and the individual funds, the setting for the fund has priority during the check.
