In this activity you define contact classes and actions. Contact classes are used to group contact actions according to their subject area. Contact actions then differentiate between contacts within a contact class.

You can also define which business objects are linked to the individual customer contacts.

Contact class: Billing

Contact actions for billing contact class:

  • Incorrect invoice

  • Invoice contains incorrect information

  • Invoice information

  • Invoice sent

  • Billing created manually

  • Invoice printed

  1. Define the contact classes.
  2. Define the contact actions for the contact classes
  3. Assign the object roles to the contact classes and actions
