Hi Betsey/Marc,

We had a problem with document links at first, but figured out that it was a
user ID problem within ASAP and Lotus Notes. If the users were not set up
in Lotus Notes they couldn't access the link to the documents.

What platform is the box where ASAP is installed? We could only get it to
run
on NT. Still we had a lot of problems with document links, etc. We ended
up
not using it.
