Cause . . . . . : The data file sequence number &40 continuation was not found on volume &5 device &4 for file &2 in &3.
Recovery . . . : Do one of the following:
-- Use C to cancel processing.
-- Load the tape with the correct continuation volume on the tape drive, and use R to try again.
Possible choices for replying to message . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . :
C -- Cancel processing
R -- Try volume open operation again
