Cannot overwrite file on device &4. (C R)

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : Device &4 rejected an attempt to overwrite data on volume &5. Overwriting data on a write once read many volume is not allowed. If the device is a media library, the cartridge is &6 and the resource is &7.
Recovery . . . : Type C to cancel, or load a different volume on device &4 and type R to retry the operation.
