Cause . . . . . : There are jobs in the system that are currently using system &1.
Recovery . . . :
Type G to vary off system &1 with active jobs.
Type C to either wait for the jobs to complete before you try to vary the system off again or end the jobs yourself and vary off the system.
Possible choices for replying to message . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . :
G -- Vary off system with active jobs
C -- Wait until jobs have ended to vary off system.
