Relational database directory operation may not have completed.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : A time-out occurred while doing a directory operation. Normally this means the operation failed.
Recovery . . . : If this was the result of a CL command attempting an RDB directory update, use the DSPRDBDIRE command to see if the operation was successful. Try the operation again if it failed. If repeated attempts fail, you may need to run the command RCLSTG SELECT(*DBXREF).
