Document interchange session not started.

Cause . . . . . : The document interchange session was not started for one of the following reasons. Either you are not enrolled in the document interchange directory, the office system recovery has exclusive use of required internal system objects, or a system resource required by the session needs to be recovered.
Recovery . . . : First check to see if you are enrolled in the document interchange directory using the WRKDIRE command. You must be enrolled to view a help document. If the session was not started because recovery is currently being done, wait until recovery is complete and try the request again. If system resource was not found, try the following suggested recovery procedures and try the request again. If QDOC user profile is not found, then restore that user profile (RSTUSRPRF command). If QUSRSYS library is not found, then restore that library. More information about restoring QUSRSYS library can be found in the CL topic collection in the Programming category in the IBM i Information Center book, http://www.ibm.com/systems/i/infocenter/. If QRECOVERY library is not found, then do an install with type of INSTALL(*ABBRV). If QDOC library is not found, then do an initial program load of the system to correct the problem.
