Error occurred while using a temporary distributed file.

Cause . . . . . : A temporary distributed file was used in running the distributed query. An error occurred while adding records to the temporary file. The error code is &1. An explanation of the error codes is:
1 -- An error occurred while writing records to the temporary distributed file on this node.
2 -- An error occurred on a remote node or a remote node could not be contacted to determine the status of the temporary distributed file.
The temporary distributed file is &2.
Recovery . . . : If the error code is:
1 -- Check this node to determine what error occurred.
2 -- Check the DDM jobs on the remote nodes to determine what the error was.
