Length or number of decimal digits on value not valid.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : The length of the value must be less than or equal to the length of the field, and the number of digits to the left of the decimal point on a numeric value must be less than or equal to the number of decimal digits on the field (the field length minus the decimal positions value).
Recovery . . . : Either change the indicated value, or change the field length or number of decimal positions. Then try the request again.
