Period missing or attribute value not correct for &1 tag.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : A period is required at the end of each tag. If a tag has attributes, the period follows the last attribute that is listed. Attribute values that contain blanks or characters other than A-Z and 0-9 must be enclosed in apostrophes. The &1 tag is specified without a period or with a attribute value that is not enclosed by apostrophes.
Recovery . . . : Place a period after the tag attributes or, if no attributes exist, after the tag. Place apostrophes around the attribute values that contain blanks or characters other than A-Z and 0-9. Then try the request again.
