Cause . . . . . : The INOUT value specified for the USAGE attribute on the &1 tag is specified for a print panel but is not allowed. Since data retrieval is not possible from print panels, the OUT value must be used for the USAGE attribute.
Recovery . . . : Change the value for the USAGE attribute on the &1 tag from INOUT to OUT.
