Cause . . . . . : The ACTION attribute is specified on the KEYI tag for the ATTN or SYSREQ key. This condition is not allowed.
Recovery . . . : Remove the ACTION attribute on the KEYI tag for the ATTN or SYSREQ key, or change the value of the KEY attribute. Then try the request again.
