Values for NOEXT attribute on LISTACT tag and EXTACT attribute on LIST tag not compatible.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : The PROMPT or MSG value is specified for the NOEXT attribute on the LISTACT tag, and the NO value is specified for the EXTACT attribute on the LIST tag. This condition is not allowed.
Recovery . . . : Specify the ENTER value for the NOEXT attribute on the LISTACT tag; specify the YES value for the EXTACT attribute on the LIST tag; or remove the NOEXT attribute on the LISTACT tag entirely to use the default value of ENTER. Then try the request again.
