Cause . . . . . : When the LAYOUT attribute is not HORIZ, there must be at least two DATACOL tags specified between the DATA and EDATA tags.
Recovery . . . : Specify at least two DATACOL tags, or change the LAYOUT attribute to HORIZ. Then try the request again.
