Optimization level of module &1 in library &2 not valid for collecting profiling data.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : The optimization level of module &1 in library &2 must be *FULL (30) or greater for collecting profiling data.
Recovery . . . : Do one of the following, and try the request again:
-- Use the Display Module (DSPMOD) command to ensure the maximum optimization level of module &1 in library &2 is *FULL (30) or greater. Then, specify *FULL (30) or greater on the optimization level (OPTIMIZE) parameter.
-- Specify *NOCOL on the profiling data (PRFDTA) parameter.
