PMTCTLPGM parameter not allowed.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : A value was specified for the PMTCTLPGM parameter, but the PMTCTLPGM parameter is not valid if the CONSTANT parameter is specified, or if *ZEROELEM or *NULL is specified for the TYPE parameter.
Recovery . . . : Change the parameters that cannot be used together and then try the command again.
