Field used to test field &7 must be timestamp.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : Since field &7 is a timestamp field, the field on the right side of the test must be timestamp or a field that can contain the character representation of a timestamp. Single-byte character set (SBCS), double-byte character set (DBCS)-either, and DBCS-open fields can contain the character representation of a timestamp.
Recovery . . . : Change the fields used in the join test so the fields have compatible data types.
