EQ value must be used to join other files to this file.

Cause . . . . . : This field is in a join logical file. Only the EQ test value can be used to join other files to a join logical file.
Recovery . . . : Either change the test value to EQ for each file that is being joined to this join logical file, or use another logical file to do the type of join needed for your report.
