Authority value must be a blank or special value.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : Query does not allow you to specify an authorization list when you change a query.
Recovery . . . : In the Authority prompt, type blanks, type one of the special values allowed (*CHANGE, *ALL, *EXCLUDE, OR *USE), or type a different library or query name. When a query is being changed, the authorization value initially shown on this display is the public authority indicated for the query and could come from an authorization list. This value is blank if the public authority for the changed query is user defined. If you type blanks, there will be no change in the public authority for the query. If you change the value (instead of the query name or library name), public authority will no longer defer to that value in the authorization list. If you change the query or library name, you may specify authorization list name.
