Library names must match or library name in list must be blank.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : In the Library prompt near the top of the display, you changed the library list value, such as *LIBL, to an individual library name. This indicates that you want to see a list from that library, which also causes the Library column in the current list to be removed. However, you also typed a different library name in the first position of the Library column.
Recovery . . . : To use the library name at the top, blank out the library name typed in the list, or change it to the same name as the library name at the top. To use the library name typed in the list, either blank out the library name at the top, change it to the same name typed in the list, or change it to a special library list value such as *LIBL.
