The command is valid, but the code to run the command is not yet in place.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : The DB2 UDB for iSeries Query Management command is valid, but cannot be processed because the code is not in place yet. Valid means the following:
The combination of Command, Object Type, Object Name, Connector and second object Name is valid
The parameters passed with the command are valid, as is the values of those parameters
The object to perform the operation on exists and is of the correct type
Confirmation processing has been completed, if necessary.
Recovery . . . : There is no recovery from this message until the code to process the command is in place.
Technical description . . . . . . . . : The command failed.
