In this IMG activity, you assign the following parameters for controlling the initial supply:

• Activate the PPAs Held in Stock by Suppliers option. If this indicator is set, provision packages (PPAs) that are held in stock by the supplier of the force element awaiting initial supplies are also taken into consideration when the force element receives initial supplies. These PPAs are usually taken into consideration only when the supplier receives initial supplies.

• Document type for the purchase orders that are created from the Structures Workbench on the basis of the initial supply. The document type must permit stock transfers.
